There are 3 things that you can control that easily influences a donor's perception. 1. Poor Customer Service No Greeting/No Thank You | No Sense of Urgency | Handling Product Without Care 2. Messy and Unorganized Donations Area Unclear cones & signs | Product/Piles of Donations on the Ground | Tools Not Organized 3. Long Wait Times With No Communication No One Monitoring the Line - Donors usually understand situations if commutated too. All of these thing add up to one thing for the customer. We do not value them, their time and items.
