The visual aspect of anything sets a tone or says something about your business. Then add positive Customer Service and pow, you get repeat and new customers/donors. Here is an example of those two things working with the right out come. Take Apple products for example. Apple has good products, however, there are better products with more functionality and better usability for less money on the market. So why do they sell more electronics than anybody?

Why? Perception! That’s it. Apple sells clean lines simple colors and solid customer service with one magical element, the perception of what the customer is getting.
