9.22 Trench EGNW has identified that there are no trench jobs present at the company. In the future, any trench work that would arise, will be conducted by certified contractors and all applicable safety measures will be put in place for employees and customers’ safety. 10.0 Workplace Safety Evaluation A quarterly safety evaluation will be conducted at all EGNW locations. R&S will conduct this evaluation using a safety inspection checklist found on Vector. R&S will report findings to management through email, meetings or face-to-face and to safety committee members during safety meetings. 10.1 Disciplinary Policy All locations falling under EGNW will have to follow the disciplinary action procedure outlined in the Employee Handbook and the HR Policies and Procedures Manual (located on SharePoint for manager use). Employees are informed and trained on the disciplinary measures during Orientation. This policy will be applicable to all employees. 10.2 Responsibilities beyond this APP Departments with hazards that extend beyond those covered in this document will be required to maintain separate or supplemental documentation that addresses how employees are protected from these additional occupational hazards.
