Reporting Insights

In the Examples we just saw all mangers would have taken the time to try and fix what was needed. However, if you are not connecting the reports how would you know what to fix? You would just be guessing and so would your whole team.

If you and your team don’t read all recommended reports you will be driving in the dark and throwing darts blindly at your budgets trying to hit the target.

Take the time and share with all team members and leaders because everyone affects your business. Now let’s drill down on each one of those reports.
