Clear Back –Up Plan For Donations
It begins by having 2 plans. 1. When you have a full amount of staff for the day. 2. When you have more than 2 call-outs.
1. Create a plan
2. Communicate the plan
The plan should include things that can easily be controlled by less people. Things like all e-waste must go on a pallet. No product on the ground. Use range boxes to sort into. The key is all about having standards and a plan that everyone knows and can be easily followed and followed up on.
