Auditing Salvage is a good way to see what training is needed in that department.

The theory is, if you find sellable items in the top 20% of a range box you’ll probably find even more throughout the whole box. That goes for all departments. Check your Salvage range boxes often. You want to keep sellable items out of Salvage. Make a schedule and check a certain departments salvage at a certain time each day. . The more you look, the more staff will make it a game. “I bet you can’t find any good items in my salvage”. It pays off! Lastly, make sure to have those follow up conversations with staff on your findings. They’ll thank you for it.
