P.I.T Equipment Safety Checklist

Each day before a Forklift/Stacker operator starts their shift, they will perform a Pre-Operation Safety Checklist. These should kept in the office in a file for review in addition for accountability. Only trained operators can use ANY P.I.T motorized equipment. Please contact Risk & Safety for both individual trainings.
