Technical Support Calls

• Call using a cell phone. o Wait times can be upwards of an hour. Please remain on the call until a tech answers. • If calling for technical assistance, make sure to get a case number from the Revolution/Glory helpdesk staff. • If a tech is being sent out, ask what time you are to expect them on site o Service Level Agreement (SLA) is 4 hours. o Send Tiffany Hatch an email or text (206-550-3591) with the case number, time you are expecting the tech and details of why they are coming out. This is for monitoring and follow up purposes o If the tech does not arrive within the service window, call Revolution/Glory back and have them follow up with the tech.
