Loomis Titan R Recycler Quick Reference Replenishment – Deposit funds From Auxiliary Vault/Change Order (Refill the Recycler) Done after all tills have been loaded in to the recycler at the end of the day • Log In • Hit Next • Select Replenishment • External Vault (or Refill Load Cassette for $1’s and follow prompts) • Open the Auxiliary Vault • Remove funds from the Vault • Feed bills in to correct bill feeder, coins in to coin hopper (red ramp) • Will automatically deduct from External fund • Click Done when finished • Log Out

Replenishing the Reload Cassette: • Log In • Hit Next • Select Replenishment

• Select Refill Load Cassette for ones • Open the Note Recycler (unlocks automatically) • Remove the Load Cassette (see video) • When asked “Where from?” Select External Vault Fund (Auxiliary Vault) • Open the Auxiliary Vault • Remove a strap of ones ($100) • If the load cassette has more space, add an extra strap of ones • Do not load more than 3 straps of ones ($300 total) • Close the Auxiliary Vault • Replace Load Cassette when filled & close the door • Load Cassette on screen will be red • Select Load Cassette button & choose “I added notes” • Tell the machine how much in ones you added to the Load Cassette • Click Done
