Timeline – Holiday Set Up in all Stores Transition and Set-up : • The layout of the shop changes from leading off with New Goods and ending with Donated to leading off with Donated and ending with New Goods. • As Halloween New Goods sell down consolidate towards donated Halloween • Keep categories together as much as possible. • As donated Halloween sells, consolidate towards the drive aisle. • Lifestyle aisles designated for donated product will transition to Holiday as soon as product is available • Christmas Donated Range Boxes will be available to order starting Friday, October 15 th • Separate by category as much as possible • Lifestyle aisle designated for Holiday New Goods will transition as the product arrives. • End caps may also be changed to Holiday New Goods. • Pack up new goods Halloween on date provided by new goods team. • Re-set aisles with donated Holiday on aisles shown on layout • Separate by category • Dishware • Décor • Decorations (ornaments, lights, etc..) • Gift wrap • Rag off donated Halloween and re-merchandise with new goods as shown on layout.
