Merchandising Standards

• Keep like items together • Merchandise vertically by 3’ to 4’ sections • Use grid baskets with dividers to keep like items together that cannot stand on shelves • Keep shelving consistent across category • Keep smaller items towards the top and larger items towards the bottom • Pull all product forward on the shelves for visibility • Make neat rows • Colorize where possible • Hanging merchandise on peg hooks is always displayed above items on shelves • No merchandise placed on shelf below hanging items

Wares – Knick Knacks • Figurines • Decorative Plates • Bells • Wall Plaques & Hangings • Snow globes • Music Boxes • Decorative Boxes & Tins

Use Grid Basket with dividers for decorative plates. Merchandise “flip style” like picture frames.
